Account Deactivation in the Mobile App

Regulatory mandates require us to retain records of all customer transactions for a minimum of four years plus the current year. This ensures compliance with financial regulations and supports potential audits, fraud investigations, and regulatory reviews.

Deactivating an account in VoucherPay Customer app prevents the user from logging in or viewing their transactions within the app, rendering the account inactive. Nevertheless, Brapago will continue to maintain the transaction records to fulfill legal obligations until the mandated retention period expires.

Control
